Advanced Despatch Advice Only
Information about Goods or Services that have been, or will be, delivered with a focus on the shipment
Advanced Despatch Advice with Receipt Advice
Has two purposes – as a response to the received Advanced Despatch Advice and as a confirmation of received goods
Weight Statement
For bulk goods this is used as a proof of the quantity. Used in addition to Advanced Despatch Advice Only
Transport Execution Plan with Request
Used to book the transport. Sent by the transport buyer
Transport Execution Plan Only
Confirmation of the booking request
Waybill
The digital ‘CMR’ – there will be one Waybill for every stage in the route
Transportation Status with Request
Used to request a status report of the current situation in the transport
Transportation Status Only
The response – describes the current situation and if there are issues
